Privacy policy
For a coordinator with an account we keep: the name, the verified mobile number, the email and username if added, the password hashed (we cannot read it), the chosen theme, and the last sign-in time. We use them only for their sign-in and account, and share them with no one.
Verification codes are sent and checked by the NHMSV Messaging Gateway over WhatsApp or email; we never store them.
Players never need an account.
We do not store visitors’ IP addresses. Only failed sign-in attempts to the admin panel are logged with their address, to stop guessing.
Cookies
All are the platform’s own: no third parties, no advertising, no cross-site tracking.
